Avanza la construcción de la nueva sede
En el marco de los avances en la construcción de su nueva sede en el Barrio Mosconi, la Cooperativa Futuro Ensenadense culminó con el techado de un galpón de grandes dimensiones que será utilizado para la fabricación de baldosas.
Las nuevas instalaciones ocupan un predio de más de 400 metros cuadrados en la calle Betinotti entre Echeverría e Ingenieros del mencionado barrio, a pocos metros de la Plaza Che Guevara.
Según informó el presidente de dicha organización, Luis Carlá, en ese lugar se edificarán oficinas administrativas, un salón de usos múltiples y un galpón en la parte trasera.
“Estamos avanzando en la construcción de nuestra propia sede y hace poco terminamos de techar un galpón que en una primera etapa lo vamos usar para fabricar baldosas”, explicó Carlá y agregó que “tenemos unos moldes y queremos hacer unas baldosas que sirven para patios o galerías. Son unas baldosas muy lindas que se venden en la actualidad y las queremos empezar a hacer en la cooperativa”.
“Además usaremos ese galpón para guardar algunos de nuestros vehículos porque el lugar en donde los tenemos en la actualidad nos quedó un poco chico. Al galpón lo construimos los propios trabajadores y nos llevó unos cuantos meses de trabajo porque lo fuimos haciendo por partes”, añadió.
Más adelante, Carlá explicó: “Ese será el lugar físico para la cooperativa, nuestra futura sede central. En el futuro queremos trasladar nuestras oficinas a la parte superior de estas nuevas instalaciones y en la parte inferior funcionará como un salón de usos múltiples”.
“Esto es un paso importante que damos porque esos terrenos están en el corazón del barrio en donde vivimos y en una cuadra histórica del mismo. Es un lugar bárbaro y un sueño que lo vamos desarrollando con el esfuerzo de todos los compañeros”, agregó.
Por último Carlá indicó: “En la próxima etapa vamos a aprovechar los días de lluvia para revocar algunas partes y ya tenemos encargado un piso de mosaico para lo que será el salón de usos múltiples”, finalizó el titular de la cooperativa laboral.
