Participación en jornada de capacitación de FECOOTRA
El presidente de la Cooperativa Futuro Ensenadense, Luis Carlá, expuso la experiencia de su organización en un taller de capacitación cooperativa organizado por la seccional platense de la Federación de Cooperativas de Trabajo de la República Argentina (FECOOTRA).
El encuentro, desarrollado en la sede de la federación platense, se denominó Taller de Sensiblización Cooperativa y estuvo destinado a grupos pre-cooperativos y cooperativas incipientes en proceso de fortalecimiento.
El mismo contó con la participación de más de 30 personas, entre asociados de cooperativas de trabajo y cooperativas de consumo, estudiantes de periodismo, trabajo social, sociología, futuros técnicos en Cooperativas y miembros del Talleres de articulación productiva.
La apertura estuvo a cargo del Presidente de la Seccional La Plata de la FECOOTRA, Joaquín Fernández Sancha, quien delineó el camino político institucional de la Federación, los objetivos y las perspectivas a futuro.
Fernández Sancha acentuó su discurso en la importancia de la construcción de un sistema de redes, donde la integración y la solidaridad fortalezcan el sistema cooperativo como una economía posible.
Como cierre, se presentaron dos experiencias de trabajadores autogestionado de la región: Cooperativas de Trabajo Futuro Ensenadense, a cargo de su presidente Luis Carlá y Cooperativa de Trabajo Unión Papelera Platense. Los representantes de ambas cooperativas sociabilizaron sus historias y motivaron a los participantes de la jornada.
En ese marco, el presidente de la Cooperativa Futuro Ensenadense, Luis Carlá, expresó: “Para nosotros que hace tan solo dos meses que estamos asociados a FECOOTRA ha sido muy importante que nos hayan invitado para contar nuestra experiencia y todo lo que pudimos desarrollar en los 5 años, en donde crecimos como cooperativa, creamos una mutual y seguimos con la Unión Vecinal Mosconi. Eso llama mucho la atención porque en nuestro crecimiento nunca perdimos el sentido de solidaridad”.
“En nuestra exposición hablamos sobre el proyecto de fabricación de ladrillos de bloques de hormigón, como así también del emprendimiento de herrería y los cursos de capacitación”, añadió.
Para finalizar Carlá destacó “la posibilidad de intercambiar experiencias con distintos tipos de cooperativas en el ámbito de FECOOTRA, ya que hay cooperativas chicas, grandes y también otras fábricas recuperadas. Es muy interesante compartir y debatir los problemas en común que tenemos todas las cooperativas asociadas”.
